We currently collect and process the following information:

Your information is securely stored in a password protected spreadsheet which is stored within a secure cloud based storage system, with adequate anti-virus protection. We keep your name and contact details for 2 years or for the period necessary to fulfil the purposes outlined in this privacy policy (or until you request that the data be deleted). We will then dispose of your information by deleting your personal details from the data protection spreadsheet, emails, quotes, invoices and any other related documentation. Please note that even if we delete your data, it may persist on backup or archival media for legal, tax or regulatory purposes.

Your right of access - You have the right to ask us for copies of your personal information.

Your right to rectification - You have the right to ask us to rectify personal information you think is inaccurate. You also have the right to ask us to complete information you think is incomplete.
